"This was an interesting stay. We prefer to avoid run-of-the-mill hotels, and this one is definitely not part of a big chain. It's decor is dated, and not luxurious, but comfortable. They have flyers giving the history of the building, the architect and it's troubled restoration. The balcony was really nice in the evening. We liked the location because it wasn't right downtown, but a few blocks away. "

"Disappointed sink faucet was very weak water flow. No milk available for breakfast 4 days. Asked about more milk at front desk, desk clerk said they were waiting for a shipment. Walmart is near by, but still no milk avaliable for 4 days. Repainted area on walls did not match in room. Desk clerks were very courteous . We stayed at same Baymont last year, this year definitely less satisfied "
