"Staff was very polite and helpful! Some Downfalls were that our keys stopped working a day before our checkout, we were able to get resolved rather quickly, just inconvenient. Whirlpool/jetted tub in the room that we specifically came to this hotel to use, was disgusting. We cleaned it 4 times and still it had gross brown scum floating in the water after the jets ran for a few minutes, which made us a little disgusted and uneasy. We were unable to use the jetted tub due to fears that the nasty scum would come out again. lastly, it seemed like there was not enough breakfast to go around."

"I would recommend Econo Lodge to anyone. The room was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful. I am a 75 yr old woman, traveling alone and I felt 100% safe, even returning to my room in the evening after dark. Breakfast was offered, and looked delicious, but I'm not a breakfast person. The coffee was great and they even had my favorite flavored creamer! I will definitely stay there again!!"

"Winter in the Midwest and the pool water was freezing. Many people complained and they kept telling all of us it’s due to the size of the facility. Well we have stayed at multiple I did water parks much larger and have never experienced. Other than that villa was great, clean and well stocked ."

"Our stay was nice. The front desk person was kind, patient and knowledgeable despite being interrupted by several young people staying at the hotel (in town for a tournament). We have always had good experiences at this hotel. We have stayed here at least 10 times."

"The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The property needs some updating. In-room microwave and refrigerator were old and not in good shape. There was mold on the fridge door gasket and it didn't close well. The microwave door is a different color than the rest of the unit (clearly not a design choice). There were two serious leaks from the ceiling in the pool area. Breakfast was standard. There was a waffle maker and that was the only hot choice. Two dry cereal options, bagels and some yogurt. It worked fine for us. All in all, I would stay there again since the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable."

"The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The renovated rooms are nice and I felt like they were clean. There was some wear and tear on some of the furniture. There was a coffee maker but no water to use in it. No vending machines on the floors to buy water. The breakfast however was awful. No juices, sausage was totally out. There were biscuits but no butter. Potatoes were not good. There was some kids yogurt and some cereal.. A gallon of milk. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and we left. Worst breakfast I have had in a hotel ever. So we paid 30 bucks to get breakfast somewhere else. Luckily, we were only there a night. The elevator needed major cosmetic work. The outside of it had paint peeling off. There is a lot easy maintenance that could go on but hasn't. Didn't use the pool so unsure how that area was. Overall it was ok but alot of money for what we got. Wont book again. "
