They offer US and EU plugs in the room, huge bathroom with a giant soaking tub, comfortable beds, the windows open all the way so you can air out the room and it’s nice at night. Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard. Breakfast in the morning was great, they had American style bacon and mimosas for free. Very convenient area, walkable to major areas of the city and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Just needed a room for an early flight out of Zurich airport. Hotel was right next to the train and bus stop and made for easy commuting. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and nice compared to any other hotel I stayed in during my time in Switzerland. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend. "

"This place is conveniently located on the lakefront. There are many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Lots goes on directly in front of the hotel. There was even a concert one night. You really feel as though you are immersed in the culture when you stay here. The hotel itself is clean, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my stay here."
