"I stayed for 6 nights . At if the 6 nights only 3 times they came to the room for cleaning. Breakfast buffet is the same daily but no bread was so ever. Other than that it was ok"

"I had several issues during a recent visit - some of the usual hiccups such as light switch, tv remote and late cleaning of room. But I had to speak to manager about being locked inside the pool room area, having to get a passerby to unluck from otherside. There was a "red" button I pushed several times to no avail. when manager came in, he pushed and HELD IT DOWN - who knew? for a smaller person, not sure this would work when the button and door are not exactly aligned to each other. "At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know."

"My family enjoyed our stay we just wish breakfast hours were longer. It was difficult getting to the area before 9am especially with kids. However, we enjoyed the pool and the staff members were all pleasant to work with."

For those who have food allergies, but still could eat the food if it were served safely, you need to consider arranging food so that cross contamination doesn't happen. We have stayed at multiple hotels and managed our gluten allergy without any issues.
