"My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"No me gustó que había que pagar parqueo aparte del hotel , además si se llena el parqueo siguen cobrándote a un que no estés parqueada hay , las toallas del cuarto estaban sucias y el servicio al cliente nocturno sentí que tenía preferencia porque si llegaba personas americanas dejaban de atenderme a mí por atender a otra persona ( soy latina ) lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno , estaba bueno y decente."

"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge...

"Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay"

"Rooms are not properly maintained, staff is rude and will allow long-term guests to harass you. Women guests are allowed to be harassed by male guests unsolicited. The amenities (laundry area) smells and has a leaking ceiling. I will never stay here again."

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
