"We experienced a very professional and welcoming team. Although we had some bad luck with another hotel, thanks to the staff here we felt comfortable and truly well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Miz, the reception manager, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning and created a warm, family-like atmosphere — please take good care of such valuable staff members. I believe the entire staff was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I would also like to thank Andrei from catering and Daniela from housekeeping for their excellent service."

"My stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Bed was so big and we had a lovely river view. Staff we're friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. The only negative is the parking is so expensive, £25 for 1 night!! We parked on the street outside as its free Saturday and Sunday's. I will admit, it put me off at 1st this place being named as an hostel but it is more like a hotel. All in all, a lovely stay. We will be back he street outside as its f and S"
