"The staff was very welcoming and provided me with information about my stay that I had not known about. They were always ready to answer questions or attend to any questions or concerns I may have. The hotel itself is beautiful and has an ambient lobby which I spent a great portion just sitting down and reading. The restaurant being attached to the hotel was very convenient and the breakfast was great."

"I was in Portland to see Neko Case in concert at the Roseland theater, which is right down the street from the Hoxton.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Mercedes, who was the front desk clerk when I checked in, let me borrow a raincoat for walking down to the theater and she also gave me tips for getting into the concert and gave me a clear plastic bag for my belongings.
