"Check-in at 4pm is a wait in a long queue. Room was still being cleaned when I got to it, moved to another room overlooking parking lot, unpacked, in the bathroom when a couple walked in having been checked into my room. Moved again, but in fairness to a room overlooking pool with better bathroom. ..."
