The staff were very helpful, we wanted to ship our luggage to the next hotel and the staff brought it themselves as their shipping service was unable to bring it there and wished us a good trip in Japan and apologized for the inconvenience. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. Also the housekeeping staff was loud during their shift and were calling each other in the corridor. Not all stay guests leave the room, especially if they are staying overnight. More discrete conversations and attention to their volume of their voices should be considered. "

The hotel was beautiful and modern. The dinner at their restaurant was yummy and I would definitely stay here again!"
