"We stayed for two nights at Mia’s and loved the location; a mere steps from the beach, right by Jeannettes pier and with powerful AC to cool us off after a hot day outside. Checkin was easy and quick and the keypad door lock requiring just a special code instead of a key lock was cool - one less thing to worry about losing! The motel is older but the rooms have been recently renovated with fresh paint and modern furniture; the bathroom hasn’t been redone and is tiny but the toilet worked great...

"Property is on a busy street because it is a main thoroughfare fare to the ferry to swan and cedar island. Place is convenient and walking distance to several restaurants and docks. The lights on the passage way are really bright and no way to darken the room because of the curtains. They are very pet friendly."

"Great stay and even greater people. Hotels.com “booked” me a pet friendly room and when I got there to check in, there were none available. Luckily they were accommodating and let us have a regular room with our dogs still. Already talking about planning a trip back next year "
