The location of the guesthouse was perfect to get into the city center, but it’s also in a very quaint neighborhood with wonderful shops and cafés. Loved our experience there!"

"The best part of the property is that it's about a three-minute walk from the Vatican. If you're interested in "old" Rome on the other side of the Tiber, this is not the best location. It's clean, and the staff is VERY helpful. But it's not a hotel, so don't expect a clean room or fresh towels when you return in the evening -- which was our biggest frustration, given how much we paid."

"The rooms are very clean and spacious. The coffee and tea making was definitely a big plus for us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we had early tours booked. There are great restaurants in the hotel street. We tried 6 of them and they were all had amazing food."

"Location is great. The only issue we had was the refrigerator,it would make a loud noise every 5 minutes at night that would constantly wake us up at night."

"Not a typical hotel or Airbnb. Cool apartments in a residential building. Fine location with plenty of shopping nearby but just far enough from the crazy crowds downtown, Monti and Trastavere but all still within walking distance. The manager, Stefano, was kind, informative and very helpful. No elevator but our rooms were just one flight up. AC worked well. A tasty bottle of Prosecco was included."

"This is a little B & B not a hotel. We were dropped off and surprised as it was inside an apartment building. But boy once we went inside it was lovely! We got to experience an authentic night in Rome. Thankful our journey took us to this little B&B. We had an early morning flight and our host took care of setting up transportation and even made sure we had a bite of breakfast early morning. She gave us tips on where to shop and even set up dinner reservations."

"The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and very functional. Not a lot of amenities. The bathroom was clean and modern, And had very good hot water supply. The location was really quite good. About 20 to 25 minutes from the train station and a good proximity to the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and many attractions of the city. It was on a small narrow street in a nice and seemingly safe neighborhood with some with many shops, affordable restaurants, gelato shops. Much of the rest...
