Hotel is old but clean and tidy, staff was always polite and ready to help. The main level elevator was out of order, and the cocktail house food could use one or two more items. Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
Staff were very nice and room very clean. Pool lovely. Only downside was I had to change rooms as there was a problem with the bathroom and there was no one to help me with my luggage.
