I was in town for a soccer tournament, and although this place doesn't look like much from the outside (it looks like an old hotel, in fact) once you get inside it feels. the same as any Best Western or Marriott or other reliable chain. Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront
Location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that parking was $40/day and shuttle only goes to the airport and not downtown Burlingame.
