El personal muy amable, especial mención a Ahmed de recepción, que desde el minuto 1 se preocupo por todo, muy profesional y super amable. La habitación muy amplia, el baño increíble. Absolutamente todo perfecto en este hotel !"

"It would have been helpful to know the outdoor swimming pool would not be open until the 1st of June. The outdoor pool was one of the primary reasons for me choosing this hotel especially since end of May in Istanbul can get quite hot."

"Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...
