Hyatt Place Panama City Beach
Staff checking in was very unprofessional. Many guests including myself didn't receive the rooms we purchased. Even though there was barely a line, it took an hour just to check in. The parking was very confusing, that took additional time and frustration

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice overall, just in need of a little TLC — the two microwaves were a bit worn, and the entrance and balcony doors could use a fresh coat of paint.
