"This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude! Book it for the location rather than the service! "

"Het park is er mooi, helaas was ons appartement wat verwaarloosd. De plinten zaten los, de kastjes hingen scheef en vielen bijna uit de keuken. Ook miste onze badstop. Hiervoor hebben we gebeld en kwamen ze een uurtje later er een brengen."

"We were really impressed with our two bed apartment, it had all the cutlery and crockery we could need to cook for ourselves, it was well maintained and clean. The common areas of the building are nicely decorated and inviting, the corridors leading to the apartments look a little worse for wear but once inside the apartment it looked freshly painted. Great shuttle bus up to Disneyland Paris and the train station, we also made use of the pool which was heated and well looked after. "

"We stayed here on our visit to DLP - it is ideal location - walking distance to the train station which is one stop from Disney park - and also losts of restaurants and shops around. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and welcoming - we received a free drink at the bar on arrival. hotel is kitted out for children with play area and lots of space to run around downstairs. Rooms are very minimal - but I suppose that is the style, very clean - I just wish is had coffee facilities in the room and...

"We did not have breakfast included on our stay so we did not eat on property. We were charged an extra 30 Euros because we arrived early for our check-in time. Our room was not serviced at all for our entire stay. We had to chase down the maid to swap out our towels and empty trash. The location for this hotel is amazing. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops close by. The train was very close as well, and there was a convenience store right on the corner for snacks, drinks, and food if...
