"Hotel was quite close to Disneyland Paris, with a convenient bus stop just across the street that took us to and from the parks. The room was spacious and very clean, and even had a table/desk to eat at, which I always appreciate in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel."
