When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. "We were trying to stay at local property and in this case I wish we wouldn't have. The room smelled like smoke, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower did not drain properly. Had to stand in water while taking a shower. It was not comfortable at all."
