"Great location right next to the train and bus stations as well as central Cardiff. Clean and well equipped. Friendly staff. Our only concern is that the rooms are quite small with little room for cases etc."

"Lovely clean comfortable stay My only criticism is that I ordered a curry which should have come with a mango yogurt and was very rudely told when I asked for it if I haven’t got it I can’t give it to you… !! Also coffee machines were empty at breakfast and not replenished"

"I loved the location and staff. The rooms were small but well stocked and comfortable. The second room we rented only had a sink -the toilet and shower facilities were in the hallway but it didn’t seem to be much of an issue unless you awake several times a night. A hidden surprise that we found out about by mistake…there is a walking path just outside the hotel entrance “behind the restaurant” (take a left) that leads to a beautiful trail and meanders to the road near the bay."
