Every staff member that we encountered was grumpy and acted like they hated their job. The atmosphere was really cold and uninviting. Although our stay was in the year 2025, at check out I was asked to stand at reception while the clerk prepared our bill. She shuffled a pile of papers, picked numbers off various papers, hand wrote them on a blank page, added the numbers, and...
