Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
Place is a work in progress, seemingly nearing completion. Overall great stay, and really enjoyed the space. Lots of great dining choices near by and shopping as well. Staff was very friendly and I highly recommend Stay 7 Studio

Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. ...

The room was clean. The continental breakfast was minimal. The housekeeping staff did not come to clean my room/ make my bed for the duration of my 3 night stay. The property is nice and quiet.
