"Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"In for race week. Quiet facility so could sleep. Great fitness center with dumbbells up to 75 lbs so a good workout possible. I would return to this location."

"We paid for a 2 bed suite 154.00 usd and since that option is not even in existence we lost money and had to stay in the regular room at suite price. Plus this is the second time have stayed and the elevator has not worked. Such a good location it’s so sad the owners have run this property into the ground."

Pros - the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was good, the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, the maids came regularly to change the sheets and linens and there were plenty of streaming options available. Cons - the locks on the door in our room was broken forcefully and needs to be replaced, we had to run the hot water for 15 minutes before we were able to take a...

"We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience."
