"The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly."

"Room was advertised with a soaking tub, but there was no tub. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but felt a bit dirty due to being "old" and not updated. Carpet was old and looked dirty. I thought the price was high for the quality. Staff were nice and helpful. However, the manager spent a good amount of time outside and at one point someone couldn't check in due to him not being there. I know because my room key was deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and was waiting...

"At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...

"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...
