"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"There's a hidden $26 per night "destination fee" charge that supposedly provides some basically useless benefits if you're on a one-night stay. The charge is not adequately noted beforehand, is not properly explained at checkin, and is mandatory. Once you arrive or make a non-refundable reservation, you're stuck."

"Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them...

"A true Boutique Hotel where you see the same friendly faces day to day and want to spend time there. The location is perfect to walk around to all of the great shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove, but definitely enjoy Bellini and the Creperie in house!"
