"We found this place unpleasant. They have a lot of room for improvement if they want to provide better service. The towels were torn, and there was a notice stating that they would charge 100 euros for each stained or damaged towel. There were signs of moisture throughout the entire room. The water heater was right above the toilet, so there was a risk of hitting your head. The walls are so thin that you could hear all the noise from the next room, which made it impossible to sleep. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!"
