"When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible."

The rooms are consistently clean and nicely updated, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. This time they even offered us warm cookies fresh out of the oven, which was such a nice touch! "

Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. "Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. "

"Our 4th floor room was large and very quiet. The plug-in USB connectors beside the bed would consistently quit working, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. Breakfast was typical not bad, but not good very limited selection and the same thing every day. All in all, I would stay here again. Compared to other hotels in the area the amount we paid was a relative bargain."

"The hotel was under renovations, lobby and halls full of dryers dust and dirt. Loud music playing by workers and rude staff. No one was friendly or greeted guest. Had to go to the basement area for breakfast and had to ask for this info. Running water was “brown”, could not drink it .
