"Stayed at this hotel many times before or after a trip Parking can sometimes be a challenge but you can normally squeeze in This time we were met and greeted by staff in the foyer Check in is straight forward The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren and sometimes you have to walk a fair distance to your room Always nicely presented but this time the air con was ineffective and we couldn’t open a window We are in cast iron and the food was great even though we seemed to wait a long time for it...

"This property is pretty average. There is lots of options in this area, close to the airport but the property itself is showing its age. Carpets are lifting, art is out of dated or just weird. the room was comfortable and clean, so that a plus but otherwise it felt like am old bestwestern in the US."

"No one on reception. Nobody answers the phone. Rooms tidy but furniture left in middle of floor. Attention to detail very poor. Beds comfortable but have plastic mattress liners which cause one to sweat. AC was stuck and would not go lower than 16 degrees."
