One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score."

In camera è presente un frigobar e una cassaforte a disposizione. La colazione è ben curata e completa di tutto, dalle brioches alle uova, dal bacon alla frutta fresca. "I wish they had a better gym and better equipment and not in the basement would be nice to have water views during workouts. Also outside pools they close one of them at 6 pm and second one at 8 pm but people still want to swim so my suggestion is to extend hrs ."

"Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...
