"Nice boutique hotel, with a cute lobby, however the entire point of a hotel is to sleep, and our room was the opposite of sound proofed, and the AC was really struggling. We told staff about the loud noise and weren’t offered to switch rooms, just that “the live music would end in an hour.” Will stay elsewhere if we ever go back "

The location is fantastic -- old San Juan is right outside the door and there are beaches only a ten minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and overall I could not recommend this property enough. It made our trip to San Juan memorable, relaxing, and fun. "

"Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall.
