"The dryer didn’t work. The room was dry but we had to keep the AC on, which was directly above the bed and made it difficult to sleep. The pool is kind of gross. "

"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. We had a very busy check-in time so the staff for fairly rushed to get everyone checked in and get rooms ready however they have a great little bar right in the lobby to make you nice and comfy while you wait. You're served by the staff whatever you need, they have it right there. You can tell they stay very busy Cruise traffic for the overnighters and lots of guests coming in to enjoy our San Juan.
