"Be aware, when you book and pay booking, there’s no mention of a $250 security deposit. You get that notice days before check in. You’re told it will be returned after 48hrs (2 days). I checked out Sunday morning after only staying on the property 12 hours, AND DEPOSIT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED. The place is good, location is great, communication is lackluster, and the elevators weren’t working during our stay either. Luggage was dragged up the stairs."

"It was a great experience! I would say that rooms need an update. The was water leak in the bathroom, our phone shower wouldn’t stay in its place, and there were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom sink. With all that said, room wad clean and we had a comfortable bed. I liked the private pool in our area."

"This place is beautiful very zen like vibes. Property is very well kept up with a secluded private feeling. Located in the middle of everything. The road coming into it starts all of these vines the place has. Would’ve gave them 5 stars across the board if it weren’t for the night manager being very rude when the AC went out in our room after a long day of scuba diving. We were moved to another ocean view room like we had after some unnecessary arguing with the guy."

"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "This 9 bedroom tropical boutique hotel, nestled between its natural beauty of jungle and exotic animals does not fall short of luxury and comfort. Bedrooms exceed in ammenities, comfortable beds, pillows, snacks, mini bar. Onsite kitchen, offering limited but tasteful options.
