"Not sure if it's because it's off season or they have a new tower it was not ask clean as it was in feb I had to ask for my room to be recleaned when I arrived and the service didn't compare to the last time . I'd call front desk and never get through . They care if you attend their vip breakfast and then you matter but it's the same breakfast you get included . I did it last time"

Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...

"We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. "This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that.
