"I Liked the easiness of transportation to the airport. I was unaware that we had to pay for parking. I was also disappointed that the shuttles were all booked up for the time we needed. Luckily, we were able to use public transportation."

"The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. I'm not too picky but their work a few things forgotten about woke up in the morning with a leaky toilet. We were always staying overnight so...

"When we booked our stay we did it for the airport shuttle. Apparently unless you book straight through the hotel it doesn’t include parking. So, we ended up needing to pay to go somewhere else parking and shuttle. Would have just booked a cheaper hotel had I known that “airport shuttle” didn’t also include the parking."

"The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

"The time I called for my shuttle, Louise pick me up 10 minutes later. The staff was completely courteous. My room was fresh clean the bed was nice. I overslept and Muhammad at the desk turn the shuttle around to get me and because of that I did not miss my flight! They went above and beyond!"

"After checking in I could not open the room written on the card envelope. I went back down to have the card set up a second time and it failed to work again. I went back down and a different front desk attendant asked my name to look up my reservation and discovered the wrong room and floor was written on the envelope. It was very inconvenient as I had a cart full of luggage to haul back and forth and the “wrong” room was very far from the front desk."

All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated.
Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem.

Very convenient to the airport, we were staying overnight for an early flight in the morning.

"My daughter and I had to stay over night in Cleveland just to get some shut eye before we hit the road again because we had been driving for hours and I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed up the road. The beds had thin sheet metal under them and every time the bed was touched you could hear metal popping, and they were super hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention a neighboring room of kids had a super loud party until the early hours of the morning, so we got no rest."
