"this was my second stay here and i must say it was really great. the area, the hotel itself and the amenity were all an A PLUS standard for me! I would defiantly recommend this hotel as a place to stay at. can't wait to revisit. "

"Good place if ur just passing thru. No place to get sodas & snacks in the evening. Also, NO COFFEE AVAILABLE ALL DAY LIKE MOST PLACES. No coffee pot in room either."

"The rooms can use some tender love and care. I was only there for one day so I didn’t ask to switch rooms but the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner. I had Hair in the tub in the bathroom. The walls has stain on it that could’ve been wiped off and the couch had a nasty smell to it"

"Parking was ok. One or two persons at the front desk was ok. Managers have no regards for customers. Slept in a bed with bed bugs and when i went to .ake a complaint there was no mangager in place. I was informed that i would have to wait until 9am the following morning to speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customers concerns, health and safety."

"I was a little disappointed in this hotel. One of the two elevators was broken. The location of the hotel was remote. We were lucky to find one restaurant within a ten minute walk. The room was simple and small but clean. I thought that the price of the hotel stay was high for the amenities and the location. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ample. "

"This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service "

"hotel lobby is very clean. Has a few issues as the bathroom door was not closing. It is weird that they ask you to pay for overnight parking and breakfast was not included, depsite high price but overall recommended"

"Excellent food and service"

"We have stayed at Riverside multiple times and the food has always been a highlight and the staff have been very pleasant and attentive without being overly so. The room staff have been excellent. The only negative relates to further need for quality Reno’s. There has been a significant improvement however washroom doors at least in our room do not close properly and could have easily been remedied by shaving the top of the door to fit and close properly. The price being paid warrants more...

"The room was clean shout out to them. the front staff all the men were nice and friendly and the one lady checking in the other women night staff all had attitudes but worst off all no WiFi for three days unacceptable especially for persons traveling out of country. There was no way to keep in contact with family and no apology given no estimate time staff acted as if it was normal "
