"The first room they put us in was something out of a horror movie, the room was disgusting, the smell, stains on the carpet, the sofa was old and the balcony door was broken, immediately we complained and was put into a much better room"

"The property was nice, but they did not pump out the smoke from the casino. When we would go back to the room, we had the smell of smoke on everything we wore when walking through the casino. Probably will not go back."
