"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"The apartment we rented was on the top floor so we had a fantqstic view from the terrace overlooking the Adriatic with Brac Island. It is a spacious apartment in a quiet building, with free parking. "

A takarítással nem volt gond, egyszer volt törölközőcsere is. A tenger jórész kavicsos-aprókavicsos a közelben, a part rendezett, több étkezési lehetőség is van a szomszédos szállodák partjain (ezekre bárki bemehet). "The owners were wonderfully welcoming and rooms were well appointed. Breakfasts were lovely, offering eggs, fruit, bread and cheese. The beachfront location was perfect! "
