"Een nieuw hotel met ruime kamers. heerlijk rustig hij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima ,wel iedere dag hetzelfde . Eenmaal diner gedaan in het hotel. Zeer lekker gegeten. Naar het centrum van ponta delgado is net te ver om iedere avond te wandelen. Een auto is dan wel een must. Al met al een goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te bezichtigen . We hebben genoten van het hotel en het eiland "
"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and even assisted with valet parking, which made everything so easy. Everyone we met was professional and friendly, but a special thank you goes to Ines at the front desk. "Fantastic Hotel on the harbour, gorgeous views, very comfortable rooms with a pillow menu to ensure you are even more comfortable! Amazing breakfast, best one we had in the Azores. Rooms are very luxurious, the only thing I would say is that the bathroom can be confusing as the doors are all reflective like a mirror. The bar was a little slow service but lovely spot up there.

"The hotel location is perfect - underground parking across the street for a reasonable price and walkable to all of the marina area and the many stores and restaurants in the area. The staff was second to none!!!
Try for a room with a view as there is no outside amenity area. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice plus an la carte menu.

"Room and bedding was comfortable. Location was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location was very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think the 7 euros an hour for early check in was a bit pricey. Our only other criticism would be the breakfast room and food were just average. "

"One of nicest hotels that i stayed.
Originally I booked room with out terrace, but without any problem i was given room with terrace looking over pool area.
Food is excellent, breakfast was delightful, great choice of hot and cold food.
Restaurant is serving lunch and dinner and choice is good.
Rooms are good size with nice bathroom.
Overall hotel is in excellent condition,5 minutes from harbour and lot of restaurants in walking distances.
Only little thing is there is not enough parking...
