"Staff at front desk was unwelcoming. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. Did the online check-in which asked for a pet fee $10 more than indicated on the website. When I arrived they told me they don't allow dogs. I showed them exactly where I booked and that I paid the pet fee already. "The hotel has a lot of style and it's great location and the staff are fantastic. Our room was on the street side on the 5th floor. My only complaint would be that the balcony doors were single pane glass and didn't block out much noise at all so the room was a bit noisy. I'd recommend at the hotel invest in double pan soundproof balcony doors."
