"The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice."

"My room had mold on the ceiling. The ironing board had mold on it. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The food in the Lighthouse restaurant was not good. On my last day eating breakfast I got sick and had to throw up. The Grill restaurant is over priced for the portion of food you get."
