"Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues."

"In the event due to missed trains, i didn't arrive till 1 am butt he staff were very helpful and arranged a place for me to pick up the key. Absolutely no problems on arrival despite the late hour."

"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"
