Rooms weren't clean. Beds not made. Mold on the walls and curtain. Didn't give us back the deposit and the rooms were fine when we left. Sleep Inn Provo near University
This was a much needed stay to rest and relax before going to a graduation. The staff were really helpful and congenial. The hotel itself is a little bit tired and could use some fresh touchups.
