"Magnifique petit hotel pour héberger au coeur de centre historique de Puerto Vallarta. La terrasse sur le toit est fabuleuse, en effet. Le petit déjeuner santé, parfois en quantité insuffisante selon le nombre de clients, est excellent. On y retournerait certainement."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times.
Very clean plus the coffee was delicious.
We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in.
The cleaning staff always left our room super clean.
The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room.
The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

"The front desk reception was incredibly rude ! In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!”
I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!!
Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds .
