"Overall nice hotel, room was slightly dated showing wear in a few places but nothing too major. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was my biggest gripe but still overall pretty decent. Buffet was hit or miss, the restaurants were pretty good. Good pools, and waterpark for the kids. Beach has potential if you visit when there is no seaweed, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy it because it."

"I haven't been to Cancun in a while but this one of the best adult only resorts that I've been to. Our room was absolutely AMAZING. We had the rooftop pool room. We didn't even have to leave our room! We had a beautiful, romantic breakfast in bed but also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The resort was clean, EVERY employee was courteous and accommodating. The entertainment was great and the pool area was lively. There's a lazy river pool, that's more quiet and relaxing. No complaints here! Loved every bit of the vacation."

It's a small resort walking to all bars and restaurants was easy especially in the heat. I wish the beach area was accessible, but that was uncontrollable due to the weather, so we understood it. Maybe add more games in the family lounge or bowling Lanes would help with wait times."
