"This resort was decent. Major downside is the beach was pretty much unswimmable most days due to sargassum (we knew that was the risk with booking in June). They didn't really put forth much effort in removing this from the beach, but it wasn't as smelly as I had heard some other resorts have gotten. I also did not know prior to booking that the infinity pool (one of the largest pools on the property with the swim up bar) was adults only, so I could only go in whenever my husband was watching my daughter. That pool was extremely murky and felt scummy anyways, so it wasn't a major issue. The food was fantastic everywhere (including room service). The World Cafe buffet was a bit small and not a lot of food options. The property was otherwise well maintained. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of shows and entertainment. This property is a bit smaller, but it was perfect for my family's needs in general."

"Reaching Cancún was easy and MTS shuttle service was professional and quick. We reached our resort in no time. Best give the drivers some tip for their effort and quickness. The resort was looking clean and pleasant. The check in process was quick but after check-in a sales pitch was waiting for us which took them 1 hr to sell use there spa offer which we didn’t take. We had a 7 hr journey and we just checked in and we were not expecting a lecture and sales pitch, so it was a little sad. Rest the place was big and entertaining. Caribbean restaurant was the best land a must recommend. Getting space near pool was tough as people stock there stuff and don’t show up for hours, resort should work on it to make everyone experience fulfilling. Night gathering and parties were great. Fire show is best one of all. Food at buffet is also good. All together will rate the entire experience 7-8 out of 10."

"The food was very tasteless. I wish the food and liquor was better . The pool closes to early at 7pm. Wanted to do a late night swim on our last day . The staff was amazing and super helpful. My room was cleaned every time we went out . We did an excursion and massage . The massage was the best part of stay ."

"Wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We got upgraded to the ocean view room and I definitely would get the ocean view room again next time. Nothing like falling asleep or waking up to the sound of the waves. The rooftop pool is lovely."

"The Pros: Staff were professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious our favorite restaurant was Spice. The spa was impressive and exceeded my expectations. The pools are large. The Cons: My suite was in need of a remodel. The couch had a couch cover, the decorative pillows were stained, my mattress had a huge dip, the stitching in the sheets were coming loose, the ceiling near the AC unit started leaking one day and caused plaster to crumble and fall. The grout around floor tiles was coming out. The outdoor tub was stained and the water presser to it was a trickle. My curtains were stained, the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. As a Premiere Customer I was supposed to receive 2 snacks in my room, which I didn’t. The pool towels were thin and had a food odor. Due to the sargassum on the beach everyone was at the pool and the towels ran out. We attended Yoga and there was not enough mats for everyone. There is a lot of construction at the resort causing saw and banging."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great. Great view of the resort and water. The only downside was all of the sargassum in the ocean, but that is no fault of the hotel. I guess I just visited at the wrong time of the year."
