"The Kau Lodge is a great place to stay. Right kn the ocean, an awesome cafe and outdoors shop on the first floor and the staff is super accompdating to your needs. They ordered us a taxi transfer to the airport, let us store our bags when we did the W trek and we even checked in really late at night and someone was there to help us. The included breakfast was medicore and the rooms a tad small but everything was cozy and comfy and its super close to downtown and other restaurants."

"We stayed here before and after our trek. After, the lady running the place offered laundry service. However, she kept delaying when it was going to be finished. We gave her one load to do but clearly it was mixed with other clothing. The next morning, she was no where to be found and we were scrambling to find all our articles of clothing with the help of the lady who makes breakfast (who was very sweet).
