My stay at this place was very good, perfect for the price. Jonathan and Itzah's service was excellent, they are very friendly. The place is very clean and in a good location, close to everything. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, and I highly recommend it.

This hostel has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and coffee and drinking water is provided. The location can't be beat! I would stay here again next time I visit Puerto Vallarta :)

Quiet, comfortable place in a great location. It needs more and bigger lockers. And the staff are often difficult to find, especially at night when travelers are at the door asking for a bed.

Fantastic location. I would totally come back here. The place is nice and they keep it clean, desk staff were lovely, roof top kitchen and hammock. They have cute friendly cats. The bed is a bit firm but I slept well enough. The kitchen could be better stalked with some basics like oil, salt etc but there’s a fridge, microwave and gas cook top. All in all I would totally recommend it.

This was my first time at a hostel and it was nice and quiet with a nice rooftop hangout area. The lady that greeted me at the front desk when I first arrived was very kind. However the other lady that seemed to be in charge was not very kind. I made a friend at the hostel and he checked out a few days before me. He hung around the hostel with me for a little bit to wait for his transportation to his next destination but the manager lady went out of her way to tell him he needs to leave the premise immediately after he checks out and kept following us around on the premise just to tell him he couldn’t be there. It was an okay first experience but because of how that lady treated us, we definitely won’t be back.

don't bother.

the day I arrived the front deck told me they only accept cash. I said, I had no idea about that. She said, I emailed you. I said, yes you did but there was no mention of cash only. day 2 my ipad was missing. day 3 my headphones were missing. These are both items I do not leave my hotel with as I am with friends all day and I wont use them. I know they went missing from my room.
