Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort - All inclusive

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Serenade All Suites Adults only resort. We had the suite with the swim out pool which was very nice. This was our first time in Punta Cana. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and clean. We did have a couple of issues though. We were approached by a representative from Xpand as soon as we checked in. We made the mistake of going through the presentation. We were told it would be 30 minutes, and it ended up being 2.5 hours. It would have lasted longer but I got up and said we're done after going through at least 4 people. We didn't expect to be solicited like this at a 5-star resort. Also, the last night we were there, we had dinner at the Asian restaurant and ordered the lobster in additional to our entrees. An hour after we finished eating, we both got sick. I can't say for sure that it was from the restaurant at the resort. The day before we went on an excursion to Saona Island that we signed up for at the resort. The facilities at the beaches we stopped at were unsanitary and without running water. We had lunch on the beach at Saona Island, and we suspect that was the source of our stomach illness. Overall, the experience at the resort was very nice and we would consider visiting again. Next time we will not go through the Xpand presentation."

Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"The property is vast in size but easy to access eateries and amenities. The hotel is well maintained and staff is are constantly cleaning. There are plenty of bars throughout the property. The restaurants are adequate, but much of the food was cold in the buffet or didn’t have great taste. But food choice is different for everyone. The hours of operation for each restaurant and making reservations is a bit difficult. The restaurants were on a rotation and open every other day. The serving staff are wonderful, kind, and professional. The pool is large and there is a pool that is quiet and relaxing if that’s what you are looking for. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. Only disappointing part of our trip was when I ordered a birthday cake for my husband and it never arrived. I ordered again the next night, and it did not arrive. It was never corrected and I feel it should have been as I emailed the hotel to confirm prior to arrival. Overall, the weather was fantastic, the staff are 5 star, and the space is clean and enjoyable."
Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

"We were very impressed with this resort from the second we pulled up to the lobby. All of the staff was extremely nice & helpful. Our concierge, Miguel G, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help make this the most memorable trip. We will request him when we return, and we will definitely be back. The food at each restaurant was amazing. We didn't have one bad meal. Loved the coffee at Mike's coffee shop and the smoothies were excellent. The grounds are beautiful and love how the resort is laid out. Spent a lot of time in the lazy river as well as the pool. We even got to the lagoon on the last day. Absolutely recommend this resort."

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"Ground Floor Rooms are not a good idea especially those closest to the ocean. They can be more noisier also. We had to switch rooms because we were lacking heated water for some reason. They switch us to a top floor without any issues. Everything else was top notch and relaxing. Lobby bar was a nice way to wind down after a long day and relax."
Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro - All Inclusive

"We spent a very good week with the family. Staff are friendly, the buffet was good and the kids loved the slide and the shows. However, for dinner we never had a chance to try the other restaurants, despite our many attempts and seeing some table empty, which was quite frustrating. We have also the impression that we should pay for tips anytime, which doesn’t make us comfortable. Also another area of improvement is the airport pickup. We were waiting long time at the airport and we reached the hotel 2h after arrival."
Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

"I give this place a 10/10! After going to 4 different resorts in Punta Cana I believe my family found the perfect resort to plan our yearly family trip! I fell in love from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! I have zero complaints whatsoever. We were a group of 13 people and not one of us had a complaint! We received a VIP room, but VIP or not you still have access to everything and everywhere on the property! We enjoyed the beach, the pools, the waterpark, the 5 restaurants available to everyone without reservations, the bars, THE SPA, etc. SUPER family friendly with high security to ensure you’re in a safe place. The staff especially was so loving and caring, really took care of me and my family. We had a 8 month old baby and by the end of our trip they all recognized her and played with her! Everyone knew her by the end of the trip lol. I booked a very much needed spa appointment and left feeling brand new! If i could recommend any resort in Punta Cuna Wyndham Alltra will be on my top list! Costumer Service was a 10/10 as well!! Thank you so much for receiving us with so much love. We will be back again soon!"
