"This property is thoughtfully laid out and great for a large group or family. It's clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The four rooms are large, with plenty of beds. Loved the kitchen layout. It's close to all the great attractions in downtown San Antonio. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by the staff. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. It had everything we needed for a home away from home."

"Everything that we could of asked for was met. The staff was friendly and the hotel maintenance crew worked immediately when an occasion arose. The view from the outdoor pool on the roof was like no other, not to mention the 2 hot tubs on the roof. The food was above par, the free dinner and drinks was something we weren't able to enjoy because we were constantly on the go. But from what we saw, the hotel Drury is the place to be in San Antonio. I love San Antonio and the Drury hotel. Definitely will be back."

"My family and I selected this hotel because of the breakfast buffet however it was not a breakfast buffet. It was basically a grab and go breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausage balls. Very disappointing especially when we checked in the front desk clerk stated we would have pancakes, eggs your eggs, the works. Then we were advised during check in parking was $35 PER DAY! Which is crazy because we were told about paying for parking and definitely not $35. We never had housekeeping during our stay."

"The restaurant Domingo did not have a functioning card reader. I was told by the hostess that I would have to fill out a form which would be used to input the charge at midnight. I indicated to one of the servers that I intended to pay cash. I was told that would work until it didn’t. No putting it on the room, no cash. I gave my card to the server to be hand copied. I was asked if I was given a voucher. Was that the $300 put on my card on check in? Who knows. The next day still no card reader. Even in the small restaurants in Campeche they have more than one card reader. So, my card number was in a stack of other card numbers for anyone to read. No water in the room. It had to be asked for. No safe."
