"Staff went beyond their duties. It was raining hard when we arrived and the cleaning/night shift person not only helped us get our luggage into the room, got us an umbrella and helped us settle in."

"Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it."

"Staff was very accommodating, and were able to store my baggage for the day while I went out to explore. Note that the hotel is in the driving restricted historic center, so likely your taxi or tuktuk will drop you off on the main road, and you'll have to walk 5 minutes to the hotel. "Everything was great. The location was walkable to all attractions and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. Bed and bedding were good. The only thing to understand before booking is that it’s a charming converted mansion so sound proofing may not be the best and some rooms might feel a bit tight, especially if you’re a larger person.
