L'unica nota positiva è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-out posticipato."

"This hotel is inside the Siena ZTL zone. We end up spending hours to deal with the rules, and probably will end with fines and insane parking cost. If you are driving, plan your trip ahead of time. The hours of reception and parking service is limited. For the € they charge, I would expect higher service standards. Bathroom is a little cramped, other aspects are good."

"Perfect location. But the Summer room did not have a shower enclosure which made it difficult to shower properly. Plus a lot of steps and a very, very slow and claustrophobic elevator."

"Our room was quite small but had everything we wanted including a small fridge, roomy shower and clean comfortable bed. We would strongly suggest getting to the property by car as it is very hilly and there are NO taxis in this town."

Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. "Practical accommodation if you are on your way from Northern Italy to Rome or beyond (10 minutes from the motorway exit). Quiet small place, however no possibility for dining at the location itself. Very easy access to rooms. Room number 7 has a small rooftop terrace which has beautiful views."

Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso.
