"Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!"

"The room was lovely, nice and big and well decorated. Lovely bathroom too. The pub was great, we only had a couple of drinks and breakfast but no complaints. The only small thing is we only had one bath towel in our room, we intended on running downstairs to ask for another one but ran out of time before we head to head out. "

"Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!"

"Room was very clean. A big undertaking considering the building works outside. (There was a chute right outside my window. Brick and muck on the window sill outside). A very big well done to the Cleaner!! Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!! Breakfast, which was included, was very good, except the sausages - very poor quality. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Comfortable mattress. I have a scoliosis and an old and / or low quality mattress causes me back ache. Kings Arms mattress does not leave me with back ace, unlike many other hotel mattresses!"

"Staff is really helpful and friendly with good knowledge of local stuff to do and see. The room was nicely designed. Bed was fantastic. Comfortable, clean and linen was soft and well ironed. Shower was great with high pressure and hot water, carpark was quite tight but free of charge! Breakfast was perfect! Dinner at their restaurant/ pub was very tasty and very well made and fresh. Only down points: Room and bathroom could be cleaner. We stayed on the ground floor room so had some noise from...

"I felt very safe, everything was clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, there's privacy in the dorm rooms cause the beds have walls, there's a shelf in every bed and a very big locker under the bed. Lots of space, a table with mirrors in the room. Good water pressure in the showers. Clean water. Highly recommend "
