"Incorrect room was booked by 3rd party. was put in a handicapped room which provided a bed that was 5 inches off the ground, very dissatisfied. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. Facility was a bad smell. "

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway for easy access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Hurricane Harbor. The room was clean, but the shower/tub was leaking the entire time. It caused there to be some sort of ring in the tub that made caused me to shower in slides."

"Very limited choices for breakfast, room smelled like mold/mildew. The desk chair was tore. up the leather cover was shredded and the fabric under the pieces off leather that was still therec, the toilet wouldn’t flush right, the toilet paper kept coming back up, we stayed one night and that’s it. I took a shower and I could see where the housekeeping only mopped part of the bathroom floor because it was still dirty underneath the sink. Disappointing stay for a Best Westerm"

"You get what you pay for. So if you are just looking to sleep and this will do.Breakfast was not great. Room we were in smelled like urine and the bathroom as well. Will never stay here again."

"Clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave was great. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The pool was nice but we didn’t get to use it and the fitness room was small but had everything you need to get a good workout in. We stayed in a room that had multiple beds and were very satisfied with how everyone was situated. There was a separate area for the third bed so one adult had their own private...

"Normally I don’t give reviews because as long as a room is clean and doesn’t have bugs I’m pretty easy. The room was semi-clean. Very outdated. The couch and chair were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to throw them away asap. The remote was missing the back and they just taped th batteries in (so it didn’t work well) but I would probably not stay here again, but ok for a night if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. "

"Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. "
